AS A JOB SEEKER
You scroll through a feed of video-job-posts and, instead of submitting a CV with a cover letter, you apply to your dream job with a 1-min natural video about yourself.
AS AN EMPLOYER,
You post a video about a job opening at your firm and receive 1-min video applications from Candidates, getting an immediate feeling about who’s in front of you in less than a minute.
We’ve just launched and for this initial phase, we’re starting solely with the hospitality industry, hence targeting job opportunities at bars, restaurants, hotels and clubs. Hence, as a Job Seeker you may find job opportunities for chef, waiter, sommelier, receptionist and bartender roles.
You don’t belong to the hospitality industry? No worries, we’ll allow other sectors progressively as we grow: Aroll is meant to be a cross-industry app.
